Josh Bernoff (Keynote speaker)
Josh Bernoff is Senior Vice President, Idea Development at Forrester Research. Josh is responsible for identifying, developing and promoting some of Forrester’s biggest ideas. He is the co-author of the BusinessWeek bestselling book Groundswell: Winning in a World Transformed by Social Technologies (May 2008), and Empowered: Unleash Your Employees, Energize Your Customers, and Transform Your Business (September 2010).
Josh joined Forrester in 1995. In 1996, he created the Technographics® segmentation, a classification of consumers according to how they approach technology. Forrester has used this segmentation as the basis of its consumer research offering since 1997. Josh is also known for ten years of analysis of the television industry.
Josh’s research, analysis, and opinions appear frequently in publications like The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Adweek, and on national television news programs. He writes a column for Marketing News and is a guest blogger for Advertising Age. Josh also writes on his own blog .
Mike Volpe (Keynote speaker)
Mike Volpe is VP of Marketing at HubSpot, a marketing software company, where he leads the company’s lead generation and branding strategy through inbound marketing, and helped grow HubSpot from 10 to over 3,000 customers.
Under Mike’s leadership, HubSpot’s marketing has won more than 30 awards and been featured in over 20 marketing and business books. Mike also co-hosts the weekly marketing podcast HubSpot TV, blogs frequently and is very active in social media and as a marketing speaker.
Hella Hueck (Chairman)
Hella Hueck has worked in the telecoms/internet business for many years. In 2003 she changed her career and became a journalist. She has worked for RTL News since that time as a financial reporter. She also presents the RTL Z economic news bulletin.
Hueck has a great passion for innovation and social media. She founded the Dutch Media Professionals, a LinkedIn groep for professionals working in Media.

Ingrid Archer is a marketing- and communications professional ‘pur sang’. She is co-founder and managing partner of spotONvision, a leading online B2B marketing- en communications agency in The Netherlands. Ingrid specializes in content marketing. She initiated and managed various social media, content, and video campaigns for national and global customers. Ingrid writes regularly for the web and for Dutch Marketing blogs such as Marketingfacts.
Ingrid holds 2 Master’s degrees in Public Administration/Marketing and Cultural Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
Sander van der Blonk
Sander van der Blonk is founder and managing director of RapidSugar. RapidSugar (1999) is an Interactive Agency and MSP for Online Dialogue Marketing. And designs, delivers and optimizes personalized campaigns and applications. For communication and commercial purposes.
Sander completed graduate studies in Business Administration and Marketing and is Registry Marketer. Since 1994, he has been involved in the Internet developing web-based and cross channel processes and applications
Sander teaches Digital Marketing and Campaign Management at M! Academy, Beeckestijn Business School and IBO (Institute for Business Administration). He is jury member of the Dutch CRM Awards and member of the Supervisory Board at 2 e-commerce companies.
Paul Charles
Former BBC radio and television presenter, Paul Charles, is Chief Operating Officer for global public relations firm, LEWIS. From 2006 until 2009, Paul was Director of Communications for Virgin Atlantic and close adviser to Sir Richard Branson. Paul was responsible for the airline’s corporate, consumer, strategic and crisis communications worldwide. Paul was also instrumental in building Virgin Atlantic’s social media strategy.
Before joining Virgin Atlantic, Paul was Director of Communications at the high-speed train company Eurostar and was responsible for launching the UK’s first high-speed trainline. Prior to Eurostar, Paul spent a decade reporting, producing and presenting at the BBC, working on programmes including BBC Television’s World Business Report, The Money Programme, BBC1 Breakfast and BBC Radio’s Today, MoneyBox, Inside Money and The Financial World Tonight.
Paul has won several awards, most notably the PR Week PR Professional of The Year 2004 and Best Crisis Communications at the CorpComms Awards 2009. He lives in London and commutes worldwide!
Richard Evans
Richard Evans is Director of marketing, EMEA at Silverpop. With more than a decade of experience in email marketing, Richard currently leads Silverpop’s marketing efforts throughout EMEA. Prior to, he managed product marketing for Silverpop, developing the company’s go-to-market strategy for its Engage product line.
Before joining Silverpop, Evans was VP of interactive services at Target Resource Group, where he spearheaded the development of a suite of online marketing tools and provided marketing counsel to North America’s largest and most renowned performing arts companies in the areas of email marketing, direct marketing and ecommerce.
Richard attended Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public policy with a focus on internet and telecoms.
Luc Schrover
Luc Schrover has been working in marketing for more than 15 years. His experience and knowledge in B2B makes him good at getting the right questions on the table to discuss. His passion for B2B marketing makes him a frequent speaker at events and a workshop trainer at customer sites.
Lus has worked for Cendris since 2000 in various jobs. During this time he has developed the segmentation method Streetlife. Since 2009 Luc is responsible for Cendris Business. Cendris is a specialist in direct communication and supports companies to achieve marketing and sales goals.

Peter Vervelde
Peter Vervelde works at Cendris as consultant Marketing Intelligence. In this role he advises many clients how to analyze knowledge and data to find and gain new customers. His team of analysts offers support in analyzing customer data, implement Cendris lifestyle- and segmentation data and execute market research.
Peter has a marketing- and sales background working for B-to-C as well as B-to-B companies, such as Moulinex, AC Nielsen and Samas Office. Peter studied at the Hogere Economische School in Rotterdam as well as NIMA-B and Post HBO Business Administation.
Eugenie van Wiechen
Eugenie van Wiechen is country manager for LinkedIn in the Netherlands. In this position is she is responsible for all aspects of operation of LinkedIn and for building the business through a strategy of increasing user engagement, establishing strategic partnerships and expanding its marketing presence.
Prior to LinkedIn, Eugenie was Managing Director at Marktplaats.nl/eBay.nl. In this position she was responsible for the overall management and growth of Marktplaats.nl, the Dutch market leader in online classifieds. Eugenie started her career in 1995 with McKinsey&Company in Amsterdam.
Eugenie holds a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Amsterdam and completed a research scholarship at Harvard Medical School. She also holds a master’s of business administration from INSEAD.
Arne van de Wijdeven
Arne joined Philips Global Marketing and Communications as Director Customer Experience in 2008. In this role he runs several projects to support the Philips drive to become a customer centric company and to create superior customer experiences. Other projects are focusing on leveraging promoters by online references and on social media mining.
Arne started his career at Philips in 1996. He became business excellence consultant for sector Lighting where under his supervision internal and external quality awards were rewarded. Arne graduated as Master of Science at the Technical University in Eindhoven with his project into reducing warranty costs while improving customer relationship management.

Clo Willaerts is the author of the business handbook “Het Conversity Model“. Clo has been active as an internet- and media professional for more than 12 years. In May 2010 she founded the business unit conversity.be, part of Sanoma Magazines Belgium, helping companies to get more ROI out of social media initiatives. Clo is also working as a columnist at the Belgian Newspaper De Morgen, lecturer at EHSAL Management School and Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
